How does a PDF-to-CRM pipeline work?
A PDF-to-CRM pipeline reads a document a person would otherwise retype, pulls the fields, and writes them into the system of record. The human stops being the copy step between the file and the CRM.

01
The four moves
Extract: pull the text and the tables out of the PDF or the intake form. Map: decide which line belongs in which field — name, address, measurements, status. Write: send those fields into the tools you already pay for, such as Monday.com, HubSpot, or CompanyCam. Check: flag the rows the model is not sure about so a person reviews the exception, not every page.
02
What it replaced in the field
For an energy retrofit contractor in Atlanta, field-audit PDFs were being retyped into three systems. We built a Python extraction pipeline and connected all three. About thirty minutes per audit became about thirty seconds, at 90%+ extraction accuracy.
That is the pattern we look for: a document, a person in the middle, and a handful of tabs that should have been one flow.

What we do not do
We do not replace the CRM because a pipeline is easier to sell that way. We connect the stack you already run. You own the pipeline, the documentation, and the training. A scoped build is usually three to eight weeks, with a weekly review and no black box.
This is part of how we do Automation at Loop Theory in Atlanta.
