How we work · Atlanta
The loop
Loop Theory is the cycle we run on the work: Signal, Shape, Ship, Study, Scale. We do not write a plan and leave it. We ship a version, read what happened, and run it again. AI shortens each pass, so the next version of the work arrives sooner.
01
A cycle, not a plan
A static annual plan goes stale the week the market moves. The loop is the opposite. Each cycle is short enough that a wrong guess is cheap, and a right one gets another turn.
The same five steps run marketing, search, software, and automation. The method does not change because the work does. The people who read the signal are the people who ship it.
02
Five steps
Every engagement moves through the same sequence. Then it starts again from what the last pass taught us.
01
Signal
Read what people, competitors, customers, and the work itself are already saying. The signal is the real day, not a deck about the day.
02
Shape
Decide the result for this cycle, and the smallest piece of work that would get there. A page, a campaign, a pipeline, or a screen someone will actually open.
03
Ship
Put a working version in the world. Weekly reviews. No black box. A scoped build is usually three to eight weeks.
04
Study
Look at whether it got used, and what created attention, action, and revenue. Vanity numbers are not the scoreboard.
05
Scale
Keep what worked. Drop what did not. Start the next cycle from what just happened, not from last year's plan.
03
AI makes the loop faster
The slow part of iteration used to be the labor between one version and the next: reading the market, drafting the options, wiring the tools, and waiting on a report. AI takes time out of that gap. It does not replace the judgment. It gets the next pass in front of us sooner.
Signal comes in faster, because more of the site, the search, and the day's work can be read at once. Shape is quicker, because the first drafts and the options are not a blank page. Ship moves in weeks, not a long discovery. Study sits closer to the work, so we are not waiting on a monthly recap to know if anyone used it. Scale starts from what just happened.
Faster is not the same as careless. We still measure whether it got used, and we still own the outcome of the cycle. You own what we build.
04
Where the loop shows up
Custom software, growth, SEO and answer-engine visibility, and automation are the same practice. A page that ranks and a form nobody follows up is not a win. When a campaign produces a lead someone still retypes, we build the hand-off. The loop is how those pieces stay in one motion.
