Field audits to finished data in 30 seconds

The problem

An Atlanta energy retrofit contractor was re-keying every field audit by hand. Each PDF took about 30 minutes to pull apart and enter into Monday.com, SnuggPro, and CompanyCam, and the same data got typed three times.

What we built

A PDF pipeline that reads each field audit, extracts the fields that matter, and pushes them straight into Monday.com, SnuggPro, and CompanyCam.

The result

Processing dropped from about 30 minutes per audit to about 30 seconds, with over 90% extraction accuracy. The team spends that time on the jobs instead of data entry.

The problem

An Atlanta staffing firm needed its workers and its office on one system, with payments built in, instead of phone calls, texts, and spreadsheets.

What we built

A native SwiftUI iOS app (over 11,000 lines) with Stripe payments, a Firebase backend, and a Next.js admin dashboard the office runs day to day.

The result

Workers, payments, and the back office live in one place, and the firm owns the software outright.
